Terms of Service

TrafficPaywall (the "Service") is operated by MB „Skydis“("we"). By creating an account, installing the TrafficPaywall WordPress plugin or Cloudflare Worker, or buying credits, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

Publishers use the Service to charge automated clients (AI crawlers, scrapers and agents) for access to their websites. Buyers hold a prepaid credit balance and spend it when their automated clients access participating websites. Human visitors and, by default, search engines are not charged.

2. Publishers

• You must own or be authorised to operate each site you connect, and to set its access terms.
• You set a price in credits per request. We keep a platform fee of 25% of credits spent on your sites; you earn the remaining 75% (1 credit = US$0.001).
• Earnings for a calendar month become payable 30 days after that month ends and are paid once your payable balance is at least US$10. We pay by Stripe transfer to your connected account (converted to EUR at the day's rate) or in USDC to the wallet you provide. You are responsible for your taxes.
• We may withhold or reverse earnings that result from fraud, self-dealing (for example, generating paid requests to your own site) or payments later disputed or refunded.
• Detection of automated traffic is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that every bot is identified or charged.
• You can disconnect a site or switch it to monitor-only at any time.

3. Buyers

• Credits are prepaid, cost US$1 per 1,000 credits, have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• A request to a participating site is charged that site's published price, at most once per URL per site per UTC day. Requests answered with HTTP 401, 402 or 403 are not charged. You can set a maximum price per request and a daily cap.
• Unused credits expire 24 months after your last top-up. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where we terminate the Service without cause, in which case we refund the unused balance.
• Paying for access licenses the retrieved content for your own AI and data uses under each site's published license. It does not transfer copyright or permit republishing content verbatim.
• Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for use of your keys until you revoke them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass payment, forge requests or signatures, resell credentials, interfere with the Service, or use it for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability and liability

Integrations are designed to fail open: if the Service is unavailable, your site keeps serving visitors normally. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes. You may stop using the Service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
